February 1 - Burro
Beginning the month with a little burro, this "Mexican Mobile" was from an image I remember of the burro who was tied to graze until needed by the family for transport which I saw on one of my Central American trips. I have some other images for future paintings, too. I like the color in the ground around this fellow, and his resigned, yet pleasant posture. Original oil, 6x6 inches
